Our Mission
At the conclusion of the Sikh prayer, the congregation collectively recites, ‘Nanak Naam Charhdi Kala, Tere Bhaane Sarbatt Da Bhalaa.’ This phrase signifies that by focusing on the name of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, Sikhs maintain a positive outlook in all situations and aspire for the welfare of humanity as a whole. Embracing the principle of Sarbat Da Bhala, Ontario Khalsa Darbar consistently endeavors to engage in activities that benefit all of humankind.
- Naam Japo – to remember God.
- Kirat Karo – to earn one’s living by honest means and hard work.
- Vand Chhako – to share with others who are less fortunate.
